Transfering out bound calls

For some reason I cannot park or conference calls that I make that are out bound.

How would I go about fixing this?

I have asterisk 1.4.22 and free pbx 2.5.1

I’ve tried playing around with Ttr in the dail out settings in general settings but nothing works

when I try to park the call by pushing ##70 or transfer by # I am unable to park or transfer the call.

First off check your phone and make sure that it’s own dial plan allows for transmission of the # key.

Next make sure that the features are installed (parking) and enabled.

The parking works for inbound calling,but I don’t where would I check to make sure parking is enabled in freepbx ?

would the phone control it whither or not transferring and parking work on out bound calling ?
