Transfer to CSAT extension after queue call

How do I automatically transnfer calls to an exten (CSAT 1234) after the queue call is completed ?

Queues Pro [Commercial] Module, or via custom dialplan.

The g option is indeed one way to do it. There are quite a few examples on the forums.
