Transfer soft-buttons

Hi,

Currently when a user tries to transfer a call from a YeaLink 22 it gives them two soft-button options “trans” or “cancel”. I would like to have another option of “vmail” or something like that so when they consult the person they are transfering to if they dont accept the call the person transfering can dump the call to voice-mail.

Any thoughts?

Cant be done on the phone. That is all handed by the phones firmware so I would open a request with yealink

Hi, yes if you need one specific button, then its as what Tony says.

Here’s a workaround

If the extension is configured with voicemail, by hitting on “cancel” or in my yealink t20 test, it was the round X, you can send the call to the voicemail (or any failover destination)
