A call comes in and is sent to park.
The parked call times out and rings back to the original parker.
The caller hears the ring.
The call rings on the original parker’s phone and the option to answer, send to voicemail, transfer, ignore are displayed on the phone soft keys (Digium D50).
the user selects transfer, enters and extension and transfers the call.
the extension they transfered to starts ringing however the call actually goes to the default “Park Alternate Destination” instead of the extension it was transferred to.
The user claims this worked until about a month ago and I have no reason to believe she is incorrect.
Anyone know if this is a known issue?
