Transfer calls by FreePBX?!

Hello.

I am not able to transfer calls by FreePBX.

In extension, set up the Call Pickup Groups and Groups 1 and parameters but does not work.

Note: The Asterisk General Call Pickup option is functioning normally. Only the transfer of calls that do not.

I found the error.

I had not installed the codec g729.
