Tone between extensions

Hi guys ,

I hope someone of you can help me.

I have a server with Freepbx 16.0.40.

I have registered on it

n°1 SNOM D717
n° 287 CityHelp SIP Ermes

This is the SOS system in tunnel Frejus

When I push the sos button on Ermes , I shoul hear a pre-registered message built-in Ermes ; at the moment I can hear the "free tone " of the call.

Is it possible remove the “free tone” ad the start of the call ?
