Toggle queue *45 does not work with linksys ip phone

Hello!

I have a Linksys SPA509G IP phone connected to the asterisk pbx.

when I try to login into the queue by dialing *45XXX display says “address incomplete”

in asterisk log I see only

== Using SIP RTP TOS bits 184
== Using SIP RTP CoS mark 5
nothing more

other funktions like followme and transfer are working

with an softphone like twinkle queue toggle with *45xxx IS working ?

it’s probably the internal ‘digitmap’ of the phone not accepting the number

FreePBX doesn’t care what type of phone you are using and from what you describe it is never hitting Asterisk.
