Timezone in Calendar and Time Condition which one wins

I have a Calendar “Office Holidays” with a timezone of Central.

I have a Time Condition with timezone Central set to Calendar mode using the Calendar “Office Holidays”

I now have an office in New York. Do I need to duplicate the Calendar? Or can I just make a new time condition and set it to Eastern?

Time zone in time conditions. It will convert your calendar to that time zone.
