I need some help for the following setup.
My customer working hours are from 8.00am till 16.00 Monday to Friday. During these they want all the incoming calls to go on a ring group reception. After 16.00 the calls are routed to an extension 100(operator).
For the weekend (Saturday i 've the following requirements
8.00am till 16.00 all calls routed to the Manager extension and after these hours calls go again to the operator 100.
On Sunday all calls go to the 100 for the whole day.
S0 i ve made a time group Working hours
how can i configure the rest ?
