Time Condition's Unknown State

We have The following
Trunks–>Inbound Routes -->Time Conditions: Inbound Time Based (referring to Time Groups : Open Times)–>If Match Call Flow Control, If not Match Annoucments–> … etc

[root@freepbx ~]# amportal a ma list | grep framework
| framework | 14.0.3.17 | Enabled | GPLv2+ |

[root@freepbx ~]# cat /etc/schmooze/pbx-version
12.7.5-1807-1.sng7

That said in time conditions if we force the setting to non matching (override) it will redirect but for some reason this module has stopped being able to trigger on its own. and reports an Unknown State.

For the Record it’s worth noting I have tried uninstalling the Timecondition modual using fwconsole ma uninstall timecondition and its restapp’s dependency and reinstalling it using fwconsole ma install timeconditions and restapps
