I can’t quite get my head around doing the following and I know that FreePBX and TrixBox can do it.
Time Condition1 - Monday to Thursday 5:30 to 20:30 Incoming PSTN calls to go to an already defined Ring Group - 330.
Time Condition 2 - Friday 5:30 to 19:00 Incoming PSTN calls to go to the same predefined Ring Group - 330
Time Condition 3 - Saturday 7:00 to 14:00 Incoming PSTN calls to go to the same predefined Ring Group - 330
Time Condition 4 - Sunday 8:00 to 12:00 Incoming PSTN calls to go to the same predefined Ring Group - 330
All other times:-
Play a message - "…is currently closed but after the beep please leave a message"
A message is stored in a predetermined Voicemail box e.g.307
It seems to me that it is a use of IVR and Time Conditions etc but it doesn’t just click at the moment how I tie the incoming PSTN Trunks to either the Ring Group or Message and Voicemail based on the 4 Time Conditions that would be needed. Just not clicking
