Is there a way through the FreePBX GUI 2.9 to create a route that only allows ZZZZ and 10XZZZ? I’m trying to allow through dial on an IVR option. Where I only want calls to extensions/ring groups. I have a setup in place by using a DISA but whatever is dialed is put through including external numbers.
If all of the destinations to dial are extensions or ring group you should “Enable Direct Dial” and this will allow callers into an IVR to ring extensions (and ring groups I believe).
Is this what you need or is there a more specific requirement?
