Three lines on Cisco Phone

I have an employee that was able to conference in a third caller on his phone last week, but after a reboot he can no longer do so. He can add one person in, but trying to add the third gives him a busy signal. Any ideas?

I figured out the problem. I needed to add more options to the codec allow.
