The Supervisor Scenario

Hi all,
We have a support department in our company.
Now director deploy a supervisor for this department. supervisor have to listen to the support operation through dial [supervisor] context (i.e 1000) after that dial the support operator extension number (i.e 203) and can be listen to the operator conversation, supervisor synchronic say to support operator and tips for improve the operator supported.

Look at iSymphony it will give your supervisors a GUI to manage their call barging, and whisper.
