The number you have dialed is not in service

When I try to call inbound, I get:
The number you have dialed is not in service, please check the number and try again."

Outbound and ext to ext calling work great.

I am using Flowroute and have an inbound route setup and have it pointing directly to an extension. No matter what I do, I get the “not in service” error message.

What else do I need to check? Thanks!

Here’s my log from a single inbound call attempt:

By the way, in this example I was trying to forward the incoming call to a Miscellaneous Destination (which was directly back to the 310 #).

In case anyone else has an issue like this:

The problem was I had TWO PBX’s registered to that one SIP trunk. The PBX we are currently using is hosted by Aretta, and we don’t like them. So we setup our own PBX and used flowroute. However, one day Aretta’s trunking service went down, so I went in and put in our Flowroute info… so Flowroute was sending the calls to the wrong SIP registration.

That’s why you weren’t seeing the error message wav file playing was because it was playing off the wrong PBX!
