Is The Incredible PBX is also FreePBX ?

Incredible PBX (the webgui) is a snapshot of FreePBX with some settings and graphics changed.

The reason why it is because i plan to link an existing asterisk server with an FreePBX server which has some existing users extensions,i have read a post on how to link an asterisk server with the Incredible PBX,so i deduce that FreePBX could also link with an asterisk server using the same methods for asterisk and The Incredible PBX.
