The inbound/outbound still not working. Please help!

I’m a 12 hours old freepbx user. Now my extensions can talk each others however the inbound/outbound does’t work.
I put my onesuite setting into the PIAF and called my onesuite number and heard “the number you dial is not in service. please check the number and try again”;
When I call out from the extensions, I heard “All circuits are busy now”

Can anyone help me locate the problem? or point me to the right documentations. Thanks a lot!

I’m able to user other VOIP provider to make/receive phone calls now.

In that case it’s probably best to talk to onesuite. I’ve not come across them myself. Do they support SIP and IAX2 or just SIP? Do they have a guide to setting up Asterisk with their service?
