You should go to the module admin page to fix these.
I go to module admin but they won’t upgrade.
Zulu shows * The Module Named " Asterisk REST Interface Users " is required, but yours is disabled.

  • Requires engine asterisk (>= 13), you have: asterisk 11.19.0
    Asterisk Rest interface users is disabled up to date. Requires engine asterisk (>= 12), you have: asterisk 11.19.0
    CRM says The Module Named " Zulu " is required, but yours is disabled because it needs to be upgraded. Please upgrade Zulu first, and then try again.
    I ran fwconsole ma upgradeall and get

Thanks for quick response. I only have the options for 1.8, 11 and 13Experimental.
1.8 and 13 give error.

Thanks. I ran the upgrade for 6.12.65-20 and still have same modules updated. I missed the Do not skip any available upgrade step first time around (I know, I know) and jumped to 6.12.65-32 with same modules disabled, then to 6.12.65-100. Now the system overview shows sangomacrm and zulu need to be updated. However, the module admin only shows bulk phone restart that is upgradeable but that fails: Downloading and Installing restart

The reason for all this in the firstplace, is the blf’s do not work on the one digium phone. Is this totally messed up now? What do I need to do to get this properly updated?

I restored a backup but it still shows firmware is 10.13.66-1. Now when I click Apply Config, it says Reload Failed

I restarted the pbx. Now it says Cannot connect to asterisk.

I reran the upgrade scripts to 10.13.66 and retarted. There is no change, still says cannot connect to asterisk and
most of the modules are in italics which I assume means they are not available or not working. What’s my best way to resolve these issues? This is a hosted server, so I don’t have physical access to it.

I did that and it gave me the option of 1.8, 11 and 13 experimental. I selected 13 and then ran fwconsole ma upgradeall and I think it’s all working now! Have to see if the original issue is resolved yet.

Got it upgraded to 66-8 but now I get this

Ok got that resolved. However, they still can’t access their voicemail, which was the original issue. They are using digium d50 phones. I went to Connectivity> Digium phones and it listed the command to install support for digium phones. So I installed and ran fwconsole reload. Now I can’t do anything once I’m logged in. I click on the menu buttons and select one of the drop down options, and nothing happens, the bottom left corner of page says Waiting for ipoffreepbx… What is causing that? Now that endpoint manager supports digium phones, should I use that to setup the phones?

It’s the first time you mention here about a Voicemail issue. You originally asked for helped with upgrading modules.

But if you are asking me, I’d say you should make a full backup of your PBX, and then upgrade to FreePBX 14 (through command line, instructions on the Wiki)

Once upgraded, make sure all modules are up to date, and use it with EPM.

The original issue was they could not acces vmail on one phone. Noticed the disabled modules and figured thats the issue. Now that that is taken care of, it still doesn’t work on secretary’s phone, it does from the other phone tho.
I used this comand to disable digium… /var/lib/asterisk/bin/module_admin disable digiumaddoninstaller
Module digiumaddoninstaller successfully disabled

But I still can’t do anything, outside of the freepbx dashboard. The circle in the browser tap has been going around all day. Refreshing does nothing. So I really don’t want to try to upgrade to 14 if its not stable.
