The first second of outgoing calls is beeing cut-off

The first second of a every outgoing call is beeing cut-off. I have experienced this before adding FreePBX and was able to solve this problem by adding Answer() before Dial(…) within my extensions.conf. Unfortunatelly I don’t know how to accomplish this within FreePBX. Does anyone know how to solve this issue? Thanks a lot! Flex78

Gentoo 2.6.32-gentoo-r7 + Asterisk 1.6.2.9 + Dahdi 2.3.0.1 + vzaphfc + freepbx-2.8.0rc1

i have exactly the same problem. Elastix V 2.0.0.54 with freepbx 2.7.0 and Dahdi 2.3.0.1. Outgoing calls beeing cut-off (the first second).
