What I did on one of my PBX system was to remove iSymphony:

From SSH Console type:

yum remove iSymphonyServerV3-fpbx

or I depending at your FreePBX Distro version is might be iSymphony 2:

yum remove iSymphonyServer-fpbx (<-- not sure if this is the package)
