Technical Support -- Thank You

To anyone listening…

I’m not usually one to post something about technical support. In this case I’m making an exception.

I had an urgent need to setup an IP PBX and found FreePBX. I started setting up the system but since I really have zero knowledge about this particular industry (VOIP) I immediately had issues with my deployment.

In comes Tony from technical support. Even though the VOIP hardware we have is unsupported by FreePBX, Tony stuck with me and he got the system working properly.

I really appreciate all of the help and learned much more about where I went wrong.

Yes. Paid support is a great option when you are stuck and I highly recommend the FreePBX support team. We have used them several times in the past to resolve major issues. Thanks guys.
