TE133 card causing freepbx not to startup

I was using this card in a test system with no issue. Moved to a production server, installed a fress version of freepbx and was able to run without any issue. Powered down and installed the card and then restarted. This error appeared.

Moved card back to test system and it continuted to work fine there. Asterisk booted fine in the prod machine w/o the card installed.
The production machine is a HP Proliant DL380 G6

We have seen some similar issues in the past with the TE13x series of card, and a patch was released a few weeks ago to help address the problem.

Could you try installing DAHDI 2.7.0.1 and seeing if the failure still occurs? You can find the source code here:
