I would like to ask if you guys have a documentation to start configuring the FreePBX that could use TDM400P, i can make calls extension to extension but when I place my call to pass FXO it doesnt make it.

You may want to give people a little more information so they can help you.

Is this a new clean install w\a TDM400P card installed?
Did you verify the phones lines are good\working before connecting them to the TDM400P?

I found some decent notes at the PBX in a Flash site. If you search the forums back to April you’ll see my notes\issues from my first install which included an A400P (a knock off of the TDm400P which has worked well for me).

While I appreciate this forum, people don’t jump to help the new guys.
