There are three PSTN lines connected to my FXO ports. The system is only allowing 2 outgoing calls, but it is possible to receive up to three.

The client want to be able not only to have 3 inbound calls, but also 3 outgoing calls.

In monitoring the pbx using the flash operator panel, I noticed that calls are routed over random channels (2, 3 & 4 - but mostly on 2 &3) In the Trunk configuration, the maximum channel available is set to 3, so not sure how to fix this problem.

Is it possible to receive some directives on how to solve this problem?

assuming you are using a zap trunk group, make sure that all three channels are included in your group in the zapata.conf file.
