Tampered File Warning After Installing iSymphonyV3 4.1.11 Update

I’m on the edge track and just installed a number of updates including iSymphonyV3 4.1.11. Everything installed OK but now I have a security warning:

Module: “iSymphonyV3”, File: “/var/www/html/admin/modules/cxpanel/modify.log altered”

Is this a problem with the module signing or a bug?

This is fixed in 4.1.12
