T.38 providers? any recommendations?

We have a fax machine that our front office likes to use (faxes make me cringe) and they are not willing to go to a email fax. I have a linksys 2012 adapter hooked up but our current Service Provider does not support t.38 so only half of our faxes go through or come in.

Any ideas of a provider that does support t.38?

I googled around and found a list on a wiki site but all were out of business or did not answer phone calls and emails.
