I have a group of production staff memebers that attend a weekly teleconference using our FreePBX box. The conference functionallity is flawless. However, every single week, a number of the staff members forget to call into the meeting.
How can I get FreePBX to generate a conference for me? Ideally, it would call a predetermined list of extensions and place them into the conference at a specific time. If they were too busy to participate they could simply ignore the call at the login prompt by hanging up.
I know that this isn’t a built-in feature of FPBX. However, I’m familiar enough with AGI that I think I could script something together if I only knew where to start. Has anyone done this? Does anyone know of any snippets of code that I could have access to that does something similar so that I could make this work?
