System Recordings Never Save

Greetings,

I am running freepbx 2.7 with Asterisk version 1.6.2.5.

I am attempting to record a new IVR greeting using *77. I’ve attempted to change the feature code to something else.

When recording, you can see the recording in /var/spool/asterisk/tmp, with the appropriate values - ext-ivrrecording.wav.

Once you hang up though, the recording disappears - it never saves. *99 does not function and you can’t add it to the system recordings.

I’ve searched and searched but the only issues I can find are related to recordings not even being written due to permissions issues, which I have addressed.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

I should note that recording voicemail greetings and voicemails themselves work just fine.
