Hello all!
I am having an issue with a server that has an IVR setup and the system recording uses multiple recordings.
Over the past 2+ months I have noticed that the individual recordings are getting shorter and cutting off making it sound very bad. I pulled the wav files from the server and played them on my PC. Same result. Not sure what to make of this!
