Hello, i installed freepbx using the guide provided on wiki (dot) freepbx (dot) org but i struggle to make System Recordings to work. When i upload a .wav file and then press submit i get an error saying that the command “file convert” doesnt exist. i dont use the distro because im working with a cloud vps server so i’m limited on cent os 6.5 and 7.
I tryed installing version 13 on cent os 6.5 and the version 14 on cent os 7 but get the same error. Is there any solution for that?
maybe you missed sox.
Solved: I recompiled asterisk and is working fine now. Thanks.
