System recording soft voice problem

HI,

My company is using FreePBX system, recently we entered studio and recorded some welcome message for our IVR.

However, the sound is really soft even thought we have push the mic volume and the sound to maximum. But its still very soft in phones. Any one have any idea how to solve this?
