We are using this system in a movieline system to announce showtimes etc. Some times I need to call in remote via PTSN line and update the system recordings without a web interface.
I would like to make a IVR menu with all the selections available, select a option, update the recording and then return to the IVR to change the next one if necessary without have to hangup and call again.
When in the recording system, there is only 2 options, listen to current recording, re-recording current recording.
How to i use the -custom to change the macro to add a 3rd option to return to calling IVR.
I dont understand how to customize the maco to add the 3rd option…
Any suggestions or ideas?
