System recording "access denied"

FreePBX 13.0.190.19, Asterisk 14.3.0, Firmware 10.13.66-19

Setting up the system recordings for the IVR’s. First recording completed by having the system call out. Feature code assigned. Optional password unassigned. Using the feature code to re-record. The response from Allison is “access denied”. Have changed the recording extension “on demand recording” set to override (not sure why this has anything to do with it). Submitted, Applied Config…no joy. Rebooted…no joy. Allison is really getting on my nerves! Tony should record “access denied”…

Appreciate some help.

Never mind…COS. First time using it…learning curve. Still think Tony should record “access denied”.
