Sorry, I neither use yum nor the distro, I’m an apt-get kindaguy, so am not worried by this particular problem for myself, but do take security very seriously. CSF from their website, Debian has rkhunter in repos.
The license is benign:-

so no, it probably needs to be installed without any commercial upline encumbrance.
