We are trying to set up a new purchase of the System Admin programs and have run into an issue with the VPN module. The “Run Setup” button is not retrieving certificates for the module. We can see the FTP connection being made, but nothing seems to be retrieved. The module remains in “config error” status. Nothing gets written to the /etc/openvpn directories. I have opened a support ticket for this also, but I was hoping that someone here might have run into this before and can point us in the right direction to resolve it.
