Using Freepbx 10.13.66-19.
While selecting ‘Updates’ on System Admin i get
fopen(http://upgrades.schmoozecom.net/updates.php): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed!
System Admin is 13.0.74.2.Also tried to rollback to 13.0.73.9.Same result.
Everything else is working fine.Including Module Admin.

Ok.Its fixed now by itself.
Has to be a server error.
