System Admin Module not installing

My system module is not installing. I try to install it and it gets stuck at successfully copied LoadLicenseIfExists.php. No warning messages, no messages of any sort, but it never completes its install. Can someone give some advice on what to look for?

Since that module comes pre-installed in the Distro can we assume you are installing it on something else? If so take a look at the instructions in this WIKI post for assistance:
