System Admin Module cannot be installed

Dear All,

I'm using Asterisk 11.3.0 with FreePBX-2.11.0rc1, when I access Module Administration and try to install System Admin Module it tells:

“System Admin cannot be installed:
File /usr/sbin/incrond must exist.
Please try again after the dependencies have been installed.”

I’d really appreciate any help with this, thank you in advance.

sysadmin only work with the FreePBX Distro. Are you installing the Distro or building your system by hand?

It’s FreePBX Distro, but I updated Asterisk FreePBX once to the lastest version and actually I can’t remember the my old version. I think this problem showed up after updating the system.

If this is the distro…then try “yum install incron”

Bur incron is normally installed by default.

It’s already installed, it’s just a COMMERCIAL module now!

It requires a license for pro functions not the basic ones. It should install fine without issues.

Now if it can find incron…that is your main problem.

If you are running CentOS 6 you have to install EPEL repo to get incron or download the individual RPM…or compile it.

You also need Zendguard installed.

You can use our repo for all those modules. We provide a Repo for Centos 6 to get all the RPMs needed for the Commercial Modules. Please see http://wiki.freepbx.org/display/FCM/Asterisk+Now+and+Other+FreePBX+System
