System Admin/Abnormal Call Volume

In the System Admin module there is an option for detecting Abnormal Call Volume. I have read the documentation and understand the definition of “abnormal” volume.

The module monitors both overall calls, and “international” calls. Can someone help to understand how are “international” calls detected/defined?

Try searching on international dialing. There is some good info at Wikipedia. Once you learn how international dialing is done you will understand how it can be tracked.

Alan, thanks for your input, but it does not help me to understand how international calls are detected.

From my phone I send 019441753202020 to the trunk to make an international call to UK. How does FreePBX understand that this is an international call?
