Support Portal Issues


When updating calls in the support portal the following is returned. I have managed some updates, and other times I get the below:

PDO::__construct(): MySQL server has gone away (./vendor/sangoma/portal_ss_library/portal_ss_db.php:111)

Known issue?


What do you mean updating calls in support portal. I don’t understand what you are referring to.

Hi Tony

I was able to view a support ticket in the portal; and click on the Add Reply button. I was attaching three files, and click on Send, and the above error returned. I tried this several times over 20-30 minutes.

It did work shortly after my original post however.
