This sounds like a bug. This 3rd party module is managed by POSSA. Please visit the projects github page at https://github.com/POSSA/Caller-ID-Superfecta ehere you can file an issue. If you are a coder you may also wish to fork it, fix it and submit a pull request.

Seems to be a lot of issues with the superfecta caller id, I am also getting some weird results from it.

I just did a quick test and special characters don’t seem to be an issue for me:

When you file a ticket on github include which lookup source you are using and Superfecta version.
