I’d like to know who is asserting this, because it can do it, but it’s not an inconsequential bit of work.
Superfecta does a lot of cool stuff and is a simple interface for looking up Caller ID information. The fact that it can be “trained” to interface with other data sinks which then do other stuff is a cool side-effect.
