just wondering if anyone has come across a “Sweet spot” ring counts in order for an unaswered mobile device to bounce back to the ivr systems voicemail rather that the mobile.
i’ve been experimenting with:
Initial Ring Time: 10
Ring Time: 7
which appears to bounce back to the ivr… I’m sure it will also depend on ring count for the various carriers before they send it to voicemail. we’re with Rogers, in Canada.
any thoughts apprecated
