Suddenly no audio on all endpoints from outside

When connecting to FreePBX via PJSIP from outside the local network everything works just fine most of the time. But every now and then there is no sound on all endpoints. I guess it’s some SRTP problem but there are sometimes weeks in-between that problem occurs. After a reboot or typing

fwconsole restart

the problem is gone but that’s not a solution. In the logs I found this line appearing three times whenever the problem occurs:

res_srtp.c: SRTCP unprotect failed on SSRC 71130557 because of unable to perform desired validation

I don’t really understand why this is just happening just sometimes. Especially because the SIP connection works without a problem. Maybe someone of you has an idea?
