Submit changes question

Hi I’m really new on this of pbx. I am handling an already configured FreePBX. I need to do a change on an trunk in order to allow a peer ip address access so I can get a cisco router to gain IP SLA on port 5060. Right now the router tries to poll the data but the server is blocking the access. My question is once I include the ip peer and submit changes, will the submit changes reset the PBX?

The “submit changes” will apply any changes, it will not “reset” FreePBX outside of those changes.
