I was trying to create a new pjsip extension today and found that the submit button was broken. I tried in chrome, Firefox and IE. It appears to work fine for existing extensions but not new ones.
Sounds like a JavaScript error, maybe? Try opening the JavaScript debugging window when it happens and poke around in there.
