Stuck "Message/ast_msg_queu" channel

Hi,

im using Asterisk 13.10.0 on Centos6 with freepbx-13.0.101
every once in a while we get this stuck channel that its not really a call but a message.
i cant hang this up without restarting.

someone have an idea for me ?

*CLI> channel request hangup Message/ast_msg_queue 
Message/ast_msg_queue is not a known channel

All you’ve shown us is the command your tried to run to solve the problem.

What is the problem? Logs and screenshots would definitely be a step in the right direction.

the problem is a stuck channel. but i cant hang it up as its not a channel as you can see:

*CLI> channel request hangup Message/ast_msg_queue 
Message/ast_msg_queue is not a known channel

show channels verbose:
Message/ast_msg_queu macro-outisbusy s 5 Up Congestion 20 97380019745 283:28:0

what else do you need? i dont have a log as this channels stuck for 11 days and rotate delete it.
