Stuck BLF

I know this isn’t strictly a FreePBX issue, but with the wealth of knowledge here…

I’ve got an issue with a “stuck” lamp in the BLF. All extensions that monitor a particular extension show that extension is always busy.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

core show hints

then have a look at which extension and what composes the hints.

Could be something like DND is set on the extension…
