Stuck at updating license information in boot up

Boot up is stuck at updating license information. Any help on how to fix this would be great.

How long does it hang for, out of curiosity?

It stays stuck indefinitely.

@GameGamer43 My only options are to pay for support at that link. What item do I choose that is not going to cost me?

At that link you should be able to open a ticket under Commercial Modules without support credits as you would only have a license if you have a commercial module which does give you free support on commercial modules.
