Strange UDP Network Issue FreePBX Distro 5.211.65-14 on ESXi 5.0

Hello.
I installed FreePBX Distro 5.211.65-14 from ISO on a VM (ESX 5.0).
I’m having strange network issues: the extensions become lagged, audio problem, etc.
It seems that network is saturated and UDP packets are lost.
Someone has the same issue?
Thanks

Lots of broadcast packets could do it too.

Are the phones in their own VLAN???

There is only one LAN. The previous version of FreePBX works properly in the same environment.
Using then new FreePBX the UDP stack goes crazy when there are concurrent calls.
It looks like several UDP packets are lost or delayed by UDP stack.

The issue could be related to ESXi 5.0 or SHMZ release 6.5 or both.
